Root & Vessel Grecian Urn Planter, Black, 12-Inch

I bought these to spruce up my gothic patio garden and I really like them! I got another, taller, shape and they don't have drainage holes but that can be fixed ⚔️😈 All in all the size is great for my wide sword fern and it doesn't feel like I could crush the plastic in my hands. It comes in two peices to snap together and they look and feel like plastic but real urn pots cost both your first born so these will do! Happy gardening! 😊

Nice size - light weight

Small, elegant, light-weight, inexpensive planter. The top just snaps into the base; but it doesn't go in very far and I kept knocking it off the base while planting in it. I could see the urn part easily being bumped off if around rambunctious pets or kids. I took off one star for that. There are 2 drain holes that need punched out, which was easy top do. It's easy to move even when filled.

It’s a great little urn. Used it during the holidays to put some fresh greenery on the counter. Super happy with this purchase.

I have placed the fake fire pots in urns. I have turned the urns into Halloween lanterns. I really like these Halloween Lanterns with the flame lights: no one can be hurt (particular children) and I don't have to constantly watch them. I like them so much I made 4 lanterns, two for the inside of my home and two that flank my front door at Halloween. The children in my neighborhood love them and so do my grandchildren. Very disappointed. I ordered four of these urns for my wedding arrangements. Not only did they send each item in a separate, giant box creating unnecessary waste, they weren't even complete. Only one of the four was complete. The other three had no base; these come in two parts: the bowl piece and the base that screws into the bowl to hold it up. So three of the four are unusable. I called the manufacturer to make it right, but had to leave a voicemail as nobody answered. They returned my call and left me a voicemail saying if I called them back with my shipping address, they'd send the bases. Don't understand why they needed me to call with my shipping address as they obviously just had it to send them out in the first place, but ok, I called again and left my address and all my identifying details in a voicemail as they didn't answer again. That was several weeks ago. No return call, no message sent, no missing parts sent, just a royal pain in my butt and three unusable urns that were supposed to hold arrangements for my wedding. Terrible quality control, terrible customer service, unprofessional follow up on their own mistake. Why even bother to call me back and pretend like you're going to send the parts if you never intended to? I will never order from this company again, which is a real shame because the one urn they sent complete was really nice. I would have loved to get all four properly sent so I could use them. Now I will have to find another affordable option on short notice. That's a terrible way to do business.

I'd previously bought a similar product from a catalog and found it to be surprisingly durable. They no longer carry it, so I ordered two urns here. This verson is a much different product. The plastic is a little too flimsy, reminiscent of food packaging. As noted by other reviewers, the plastic bowl portion was a bit warped and slightly misshapen. The tapered center portion has an area marked to punch out drainage holes in the bowl itself and the corresponding stand portion. They seem to be working fine for my plants, but it is necessary to punch both sections and align the holes so the water drains cleanly below the urn. The design is top-heavy and prone to tipping regardless of the plant size. A slightly wider base would go a long way in improving this product. Overall, it gives a nice visual effect, but this is more of a craft supply or prop than a garden product. It would probably work well holding an arrangement of artificial plants on a banquet table. Price fluctuates quite a bit, but I'm content with the quality based on the price paid.

It's very nice. Good quality Only problem I am having is that I ordered two of these ond only received two tops and one bottom . Now they want me to return what I don't have
