I Stumbled across this brlt by accident. Suffering with SI joint pain. Bulging disc & Coccydynia!! I had been using an ordinary belt which was too rigid & hurt my stomach . I thought this belt sounded perfect for me.....and it was ! It is actually worn on the hip area which is far more comfortable. Once you have fastened velcro you pull the two elasticated bands or tension strips into your back & secure at the front. It feels amazingly supportive & comfortable. It does not slip or move. It is flexible so it doesn't make bending or movement difficult. The mesh fabric keeps you cool...no sweaty back! You do need to make sure you order the correct size...check the size guide Would definately reccommend...it has made a tremendous difference to me. Well worth the money..great quality x

UPDATE, (Since writing this review, the company have reached out to me, and they have been brilliant, understanding and its been resolved completely now) . I have had this a few weeks now.. it takes a while to get used to it and position it in the right place. For an older lady with a bit of a tummy, it's sometimes tricky. But after a while it does actually lessen the pain in my hips and keeps them supported and I wear it for the gym and work.. but have started to notice that a little bit of stitching is starting to come undone and the velcro main bit at the front is becoming not so secure and sometimes pops open, I have cleaned it, but it still happens.. so I just need to be more aware of this when in the gym.

Bought this as I have EDS and dislocate everywhere, often suffer with lower back pain and hips sublux so needed some form of support. I saw this and decided to try it out. The actual support feels very good quality material with a good stretch on the elastic without being too stiff. I have a round stomach with bit of an overhang after pregnancy and 17 stone weight loss so not a slim figure (average 14-16) and this doesn’t roll down or move around like a lot of others I have tried. This fits lovely and when you do the secondary tightening the support given is something else you literally breathe a sign of relief once it has been tightened on the second set it’s strange like there are people all round you holding your waist up it’s hard to describe but something else to experience. I’d highly recommend this to anyone with lower back or hip pain. I’ve even wore these over jeans and it still provides great support and is flexible I was that impressed with this item I also checked out the brands other items and bought some other supports which are also great quality

Got this for hip pain. A good support, it worked really well. Best worn low around the hip,it wraps round and fastens with velcro which is nice and secure. The belt has an additional support of outer straps that can be altered to increase tension and support. Make sure you order right size for your hip. I found it well worth getting.

I find this ok when wearing it, it helps, by not feeling the pain for a couple of hours. But I only gave 3 stars due to when I took it off it made the pain worse compared to before wearing it. It may work better for some and others it may not. Sorry

Brought for my Mum who is suffering from spinal stenosis. Painful standing or sitting so was looking for something that sat lower and supported her lower back. She feels it helps her to sit and stand more upright, giving her security. Hard to say if it offers pain relief as her pain is constant, but it is helping her. Slim fit so it can be worn under clothes without detection. Easy to put on, and pull tightly. Strong velcro. Definitely recommend that you measure and add a few more cms. My Mum measured 36, but medium was too small and we ended up buying the large, which gives a nice amount of wrap. Her only criticism is that she would have liked the band to be a little wider. Measurements described are true to size.

Excellent support on hips though didn't relieve my si joint pain unfortunately. That said would definitely buy again.

Love this belt I have SIJ disease in my hip so need the support and this stop the movement. Comfort to wear and so easy to put on and use.

This is the 4th type of a SI belt. My PT recommended one thinner than my other but thicker than my older one. This was the required width and I love it! Thin, I don't feel I am over heating, and the straps to tighten are easy to adjust before sitting down so I don't have to take it on and off based on what I am doing, This is a big Advantage due to I need to wear it a lot. it is giving support to keep my hips in alignment and my SI pain is reduced. Easy to clean and well made. Very happy and love the improved design from others I have seen at a great price.

Es perfecta, se adapta adecuadamente a la cadera gracias a sus bandas ajustables. Proporciona estabilidad para poder andar al ejercitar tras la fase aguda de ciática. Te permite sentarte sin problema, ya sea en una sola, sofá o incluso en el coche. Muy contenta con la compra.

Il prodotto si presenta ben confezionato, non ci sono fili tirati o difetti sulle parti plastiche. Inoltre, il velcro sembra tenere bene le varie sollecitazioni. È anche bella da vedere, nonostante la indossi sotto la maglietta. Fatta questa doverosa premessa, ammetto di aver avuto dubbi sulla sua efficacia quindi, dopo averla usata tre giorni al lavoro (sono addetta vendite e sto più di 8 ore in piedi), ho provato a lavorare la mattina del 4°giorno senza fascia. Conclusione? Ho sentito accentuarsi la mia solita infiammazione al muscolo piriforme e sono corsa ai ripari indossandola nuovamente. Credo che mi accompagnerà spesso al lavoro!
