Capacity degrades over time
I’m disappointed to find that these battery packs degrade over time…. After a few months I noticed that run times for my Ework blower were getting shorter and shorter. I decided to purchase a second battery pack so I could always have a recharged spare. That was 8 months ago. Now this battery is losing capacity as well.

Poor sevice of product
Company failed to respond to a bad battery and I never could get any type results from them. Wouldn’t recommend buying products from this company!!

Long lasting power
Love the light weight compact design, make for easier handling, fits in the tool bag with my tools, battery lasts very long time, assembled a 12x14 metal shed, well over a thousand screws, on a single charge of the battery, will be buying more. Thank you
