Solid, healthy recipes
I really love these recipes! I’ve eaten the cauliflower “popcorn” almost every day since I got this book— I add a lot of extra hot sauce though I’m not sure if that goes with the complete protocol. I’ve made the chia pudding multiple ways, and can’t wait to do another variation. I’ve loved other recipes in here, too but don’t want to rant. 10/10 would recommend 🙌

A Must-Have Resource!!!
Having done participated in the Rapid Recovery Group twice, and having followed the six week protocol on my own, Goodbye Lupus Hello Delicious was a must have resource for clean, nourishing, high raw foods. For those of us on the protocol and not!

Great recipes
The cauliflower buttered popcorn recipe is worth the cost of the cookbook alone. It’s that’s good! I wasn’t sure if I would find this cookbook helpful but I think it’s great to have - especially if you’re following Dr G’s protocol. I’ve used the dressing from the mango crunch salad and the pico recipe daily since getting the cookbook - and I’m looking forward to trying some of the other recipes!
