I have these twice a day for my gut issues and they work a treat. Good for the gut - but only if you need them. Easy to swallow and not too big.

Helped with gut issues
I recently had to change my diet due to health issues to a full vegan, oil free lifestyle. I found that my gut was in a lot of pain due to the instant change over of foods and I was told to use a probiotic. After looking around I purchased these and I started on 1 tablet a day which was enough to help my gut alter. I will continue with all the tablets for a few months and then stop to see if I need to purchase anymore.
