For me it caused more inflammation that it resolved. Acid Reflux/Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) is something I've fought as long as I can remember. I had it under control for awhile and was puzzled I had to go back to treatment. I take multiple supplements so it took awhile to narrow it down to this supplement. I tried in the morning/food, lunch/food, evening/food. I also didn't detect any lessening of other inflammation so I'm going back to previous product that isn't as powerful but also not as painful. 12/5 Update I changed review from 3 stars to 5 due to the CEO/inflammatory biologist reaching out to me after my review with a sincere offer to work with me to try and try to understand how this product may be causing this issue with me, or determine if it's some other cause. After I try a few of the suggestions I'll post back anything that worked.

This is very strong compared to anything else that I have found on the market. If you’re on an aspirin a day, then you may be cleared to quit by your medical provider. I take it only once a day and find that it works all day. It’s a great product from a brand you can trust.

This product is the only thing I give my dog for pain. She responds well with a 1/4 capsule sprinkled on her food. She acts like a puppy again. She’s 10 years old and acts like a puppy because her pain is absent!

Great product

I discovered the power of this after being on prednisone for a severe ear ache. For the last 36 years I have suffered with multiple headaches 24/7 due to a speeding drunk driver. The prednisone helped like nothing else did. The doctors said there was nothing else less damaging to take that would give me relief. So I researched and found that prednisone and ibuprofen are chemical forms of Carcumin and when mentioned to all three doctors neurologists, primary and pain management they all admitted they knew this and did not inform me. No more 600 mg ibuprofen 4x a day, no need for prednisone I just take this and it works so good!

Helped my Husband and Our Dog I decided to try this curcumin for my husband, he’s having blood sugar problems even though he’s been on several different medications. He takes 1 - 2 capsules a day and his blood sugar is normal again. He also having less cravings for sugar. I also decided to try giving a capsule a day to our old black lab who has severe arthritis and difficulty running after a ball like she used to. She’s been taking it for the same 2 weeks and her energy levels have increased so now my husband is able to play ball with her nightly and she doesn’t want to stop like she used to, she just keeps going. Also, she is able to go up and down stairs with the curcumin where before she couldn’t even manage 1 stair. She’s doing so well on the stairs it’s amazing. She looks like she’s losing weight too. Maybe because she’s getting more exercise.

I take turmeric every day this is my new go to turmeric supplement. It's a good price you get a lot of them you don't have to take three or four of them and I just really like them so this will be what I order from now on. I highly recommend this.
