I have used this chart twice since I purchased this, and turned out perfectly both times, love that it is truly non-stick, perfectly baked and easy removal. Great quality, great price, will purchase more from this brand.

I've had my Bakken tart pan for quite some time now. Gets heavy use, yet still looks brand new, and quite elegant at the table. Highly recommend.

These pan work out really great for me when I am making quiche to put in the refrigerator or freezer they are non-stick easy to clean I love them

Yes, I finally uses my pan. Bought it specifically for a class. I was surprised as to how easily the tart came out. When I looked at the finished product I was concerned.No problem and it cleaned beautifully. The only issue, which was totally my error, I needed to place the tart pan into a sheet pan or cookie tray before blind baking my crust. The crust was so buttery, it leaked onto the oven floor and set off my smoke alarm when I opened the oven door. Now I know better. As you can see, I did add the pan for the final baking. Very happy with the product!
