Q: Why does this product produce black smoke when lit on fire? It seems not all natural.

Did you light the camphor itself on fire? If so that's the issue. It should be set on hot coal.

Q: Has anyone used these to get rid of clothes moths?

Didn’t purchase for moths but for medicinal medical purposes. Camphor is good for ailments.

Q: Can these be added to rubbing alcohol?

I only soak them in water or place a cube on top of the heater for my apartment. I’ve never soaked them in alcohol. Sorry

Q: Do I put these in a candle warmer? Or are these to be lit on fire? Or boiled?

I boiled them in water on the stove
