It's very convenient!
Equipment for working out at home! It's convenient and doesn't take up a lot of space, so I love that I can work out in a small area of my home.

No swivel
It's kind of cheap feeling. And the knee pad doesn't swivel. It also doesn't ride very smooth.

Waste of my time.
I bought this one because they show an image where the leg pads swivel. This equipment does not swivel. I will be getting a refund and suggest that you remove the picture that shows that the leg pads swivel since it is misleading.

Excellent equipment for working out your abs
Excellent equipment for abdominals, it does the job 100%, you feel the pressure in the abdomen. It is the best equipment I have purchased for abs.
