Press down really hard on the blue part away from you and then after that you won't have to press firmly.

Yes, Lysol Max Cover Disinfectant Mist can be used to spot sanitize soft surfaces, such as carpet. Simply spray until fabric is wet. DO NOT SATURATE. Fabric must remain wet for 30 seconds. Let air dry. For difficult odors, repeat application.(Do not use on silk, rayon acetate or satin fabrics. Always test on a hidden area of fabric first. Should not be used on clothes that come in direct contact with skin)
