Had been using citric acid to make gummie candies. No more! Tartaric acid doesn’t turn my stomach sour, its flavoring is way more tummy friendly & seems to go better w/food recipes than citric acid. I will buy again, just wish it was a bit less expensive

Great product for wine makers!!
