Removing broken Spark Plug - no problem!
A feature of the FOrd FIesta is to ensure that the placement of the spark plugs inside a water trap, guarantees a rusted mess when you try to change the spark plugs. Three came out, one only half released; removing the porcelain centre and leaving the threaded metal base firmly in the engine head - If I didnt get this out the car was basically scrap! My last and only chance was to get some form of extractor into the plug remains and tease it out.The largest 9mm extractor was a perfect to fit the plug base. I left the rusted top of the plug soaked in penetrating oil (WD40) over night and then gave it a few additional sprays throughout the day. This tool arrived at 5:30pm and I attemptede the daring feat.Taped into a socket, to prevent it being lost in the engine, a few taps with a hammer via a socket extension bar, a quick prayer and it came out like it was in butter - amazing. This saved the car, so cannot fault the value for money. All seems ok to go again should something horrendous like this happen again.Recommended for its decent quality and value. The neat plastic case helps not lose the extractors...

Work well, use with caution. Take your time.
Some people on here saying these are knock offs, not sure why they think that, they seem good quality to me. I used the 5mm extractor to remove an 8.8 hardness 10mm bolt from a very awkward spot in my boat. You have to be careful using any extractors like this, they are hard but brittle (because they are hard). Just going for it with brute force on a rusted in bolt will snap these. But such technique would snap any extractor this size. Just take your time, use penetrating spray, heat etc if you need to, and these work.

Good Product for certain applications
On my Ford Focus the spark plug top seperated from the bottom leaving the threads stuck in the cylinder head (a known problem) I saw this product and some reviews it had worked for this get it out. The size of the small box takes you back at first and the small ones look like they might be weak so maybe for small well rusted in studs they might struggle. Anyway the larger tool took less than a minute to get these threads out saved me £50-£60 + at least from taking it to a garage and I now have it for the future should it happen again. So for this application I would have no hesitation in recommending. I gave it 4 stars just because I am unsure of the small tools in the box.

Grear for broken spark plug removals
I was removing spark plugs on my mk4 fiesta & the last one broke leaving only the metal threaded bottom of the plug in the head(common fiesta fault)I ordered these & while I waited for them to be delivered the next day I kept soaking in wd40.I used the 9mm & found I had to tap it in firmly for it to grip as my first attempt to extract the broken plug the tool slightly slipped where it wasn't tapped home snug..I gave it a firm few hits with a hammer & went for it.I heard a crack & was pleased to see the extractor tool in one piece & my broken spark plug coming out. The broken plug was well rusted in there & took a decent amount of torque to crack. Its the first plug I'd ever snapped & I would not be so worried this happened to me again as this tool does what its supposed to & saved me the trouble of the head being taken off..

Alright
Hasn't quite extracted anything for me so far but I haven't had any bolts that suit them as they should, small ones are fragile but does have a lifetime warranty it says

If used properly these tools work great!!
If used properly these tools work great! The image showing the bent ones is user error not tool failure.(the tool should grip at the widest part of the tool, not the tip, gently give it a few taps with a hammer to ensure it is well seated)The extractor bits are quite small, this means using adapters/10mil socket and tape to connect to a socket set like I did to remove a spark plug. That said they are small and wont handle a lot of torque and are not designed for big bolts!

Mistakes into miracles
This set of extractors pairs wonderfully with a ratchet if you cannot get a drill wedged into the tight spot you're working in. With a bit of time, heat, and plenty of lubricant I was able to coax a sheared glow plug out of the engine block of my Mazda 3. Of note I did have to (gently) hammer the extractor in to get a proper grip, give it a try without hammering it in first.Be sure to torque the new glow plug in to the correct spec next time too.

Poor Quality Material
Might work well for removing bolts torqued to the lower end of the spectrum like small bolts or spark plugs.I tried them to remove the bolt of a car wheel and the screw extractor bent as butter. Bought it because the description said it was hardened metal but it was a real disappointment…
