This is the THIRD time dealing with this company for broken items. I’ve waited over a 24hours when I was told it was going to be around 15 minutes. An issue every time. Too bad cause the product is decent but not worth this hassle.

Ok thermos. Gimmicky Pods Flavor is ok but not enough to buy again. Lesman’s Efficiency is so much better & with more vitamins. Thermos Lid w straw is not good. All in all, i will use thermos w other brands of energy/ vitamin drinks. This company has many flavors but a high price. Not a good value.

I was really looking forward to getting this Vitapod drink system but it's kind of a pain in the butt. The pods (which I thought were going to be liquid filled) have a powder substance in them that is supposed to fall into your water once the seal is broken. It doesn't really work. The seal doesn't really pop off enough for all of the powder to fall into your water....even after shaking. I don't know if this is by design so that the water passes through the powder as you drink it but even that doesn't work too well. The flavor is very weak and hardly even there. Getting the pod to seat correctly and screw the lid on is also a challenge. I kept cross-threading the lid because the pod would move around. You also cannot use the "straw" lid without first popping the pod with the other lid and system. You then have to remove both and then put the other lid on. So...if the intent is to have water pass through the pod in order to get "flavored" this method does not work. The straw lid is also not water tight and could technically spill if the bottle is tipped over for any amount of time. There is a venting hole on top that is always open. The bottle itself is very nice and can be used without the pods The packaging includes a mylar bag that can be used to dispose of your pods through your recycling waste system (if you have one) or it can be mailed (prepaid) back to Vitapod where they will take care of it.

The basket where the pod is to be inserted is broken (refer to my photo #3) when I open the box. So I couldn't use the pods the way they designed to. I had op peel open the pod and tip the drink mix into the bottle instead. Which seems like a waste of plastic (the pod) that it is to hold a small amount of powder. Oher than the broken basket, the bottle is really good quality, helps to keep iced water cold. I picked Raspberry Hibiscus Flavored and it is pleasantly nice. I am terrible at drinking water during the day, I found having my water flavored along with the nice bottle, it encourages me to drink more, I would at least finish the bottle! Bottomline, it could make a good gift for someone not drinking enough water.

Within about three days of starting to drink the Beauty+ Raspberry Hibiscus pods, I was pleasantly surprised to observe a positive change in my skin. The noticeable glow even prompted a playful comment from my partner about potential pregnancy – a testament to the impact these pods seemed to have. The specific flavor/mix has undoubtedly proved beneficial for me. As much as I want to rave about this product to my friends, the reality of its cost hits hard. While I've heard of others improvising by simply buying the pods and mixing them without the "special" cup, the overall expense, even with options like subscribe and save, makes it a challenging habit to maintain. The effectiveness of this specific pod (Beauty+ Raspberry Hibiscus) is undeniable, but as much as I'd like to continue, financial constraints will lead me to explore more budget-friendly alternatives.
