Q: Can this be cold brewed 10 minutes?

I would say no. The leaves are tightly wound. The hot water unravels them. I steep in hot for 20 mins. I don't think you would get much flavor in cold. I have however brewed it hot and then iced it. It's good that wayou too.

Q: how much caffine is in a cup? I used about 15 leaves per mug.

Not a real standard to tell but the rule of thumb is 35 to 40 mg/8 oz cup, I measure by teaspoon 1-2could be more or less

Q: The tin Amazon sent looked completely different (worse) than photo and what I’ve purchased from this company before. Is this product authentic?

Yes I've wondered also be ause after reading these reviews I saw some people received tea that looks goof and green while there were also a few who got brown pieces with lots of stems. Then there was also another person who didn't receive a tin who said they buy often and every other time they received the tin but this time they received a cardboard container. So something is off imo. Or some people just have the bad luck?
