This is much better than I was expecting
I bought this as I was intrigued by the health features. Being of a certain age, blood pressure, heart rate is something that I try and keep an eye on now and to be honest, this watch was cheap, and I had very low expectations. I have to say I've been pleasantly surprised. On the downside it's not as polished and fancy as some of the more expensive competitors. There are some of the displays where the screen is ever so slightly too small for the text to be displayed, so you lose a character off the edge; as if the software were designed for a square screen and not round (but it's not a problem), and I'm not a fan of the recharging port; It's magnetic and works well enough but it's a bit fiddly for me. The display is perfectly readable, though I struggle without my glasses; but my eyes are nowhere near as good as they were. You can change the watch face and I picked a high contract one with large white numbers on a black background and I can read the time perfectly well even without my glasses. I can also read the other displays; it's just not as sharp as I would like without my glasses on. The good points certainly outweigh any niggles I have. I've compared its readings with external measurements and it's pretty accurate. The heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation are all pretty close to what I get when using other monitors. There are warnings in the manual about accuracy, but it seems good enough to give you ballpark figures. It interfaces with my iPhone perfectly and all the advertised features seem to work as described. Don't expect too much from the manual. It contains a QR code that links you to the Apple store to download an app that links your watch and phone; was really easy to do and worked first time, but after that the manual isn't really much help. I'm still figuring out what all the numbers on the main display mean but all in all, I rather like this watch. I'm sure there are things it doesn't do that it's more expensive cousins do, but for the price I think it's a real bargain and I won't lose too much sleep if it gets damaged or lost (which is something I have form for unfortunatly). If the manufacturer reads this, if you ever add an inductive charging facility like on some phones, please let me know and I'll upgrade.

Battery Life Very Good
Likes- Looks smart doesnt look like its cheap Quality good. Also like the choices of differnt face templates you can have. The BP is very good i was suprised on how accurate it is I used the cross trainer in my gym and used my BP machine from my first aid kit. both coame back accurate (top marks) MY Girlfriend has a apple and a sumsung watch but having to charge it up every day . This smart watch normal 5 days charge .Dislikes, If you have thick wist's then might be uncomfortable wearing for long periods .Highly Recommend for teenagers that like sport and people that need to monitor BP. The app on your phone simple but very effective. I had seen this watch on which SMT4 GOOD BUY

heart measurements useless
The main feature I was looking for was blood pressure measurement: not expecting medically approved accuracy but readings are unrealistically consistent: SBP is always 140: DBP varies slightly 80-86 but they are nowhere near matching my BP machine checks and history. Even worse is the heart rate measurement which I would expect to be fairly accurate. It regularly indicates my bpm is about double my actual: and only occasionally gives a more credible result. This undermines any thought of accuracy on the O2 and sleep measurements. Other than that it seems a good enough watch at the price but I am seriously thinking of returning it.

Time Cannot Be Set
What is the point of having a watch if the correct time cannot be set. All the fancy add on's are all well and good but if the time can't be set then what is the point of owning this watch?

Dissapointment.
This watch looks like a perfect device. I've used it for over 20 days before return it to Amazon. There are so many pros to it;- price.- easy to use - one, easy to find application, very intuitive and simple.- good build quality - it feels like superb design and quality materials.- battery (after the first charge, battery goes from 100% down to about 40% in TWO WEEKS!!! - Unbelievable good)- bright screen with a huge selection of clock facesAll of this completely wasted by the measurements' accuracy. The watch is more likely guessing your blood pressure that measure it. For me, the whole time I've used the watch was 79-85 over 140. These '140' didn't change for over 20 days straight. This is simply not possible. The oxygen saturation vary from 97% to 98%, I can guess it better myself.Pedometer counting something, but definitely not my steps. There are definitely NOT 400 steps between my bedroom and bathroom. The 'Sleep quality' meter is considering only your sleep between 10pm and 5am (when you woke up, after 5am and come back to bed for another 5h, this 5h wouldn't be count as a sleep period at all).If you need a time-piece with excellent battery life, this is a perfect choice for you.If you need it for fitness or sleep monitoring, look for something different, please.
