It's a noticeable difference in my training if I put it in my water bottle for the gym. I am more consistent when using it vs not using it at all. Will continue to purchase and use

I've had this and used the sachets for several days. However not just ANY days, the days in question I have had this are Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day (2023). The reason I point this out is that I have essentially been using it as a hangover/over-indulgence tonic!It says that one of it's uses is as a post-workout drink to replace electrolytes, so that kind of counts right? My jaw got plenty of exercise chewing and drinking over the festive period anyway.The sachets are extremely high quality, but this actually isn't great as I couldn't rip them open with my hands - I had to use scissors to open them. Inside the powder is white and mixes with water very easily - no stirring required and no silty bits of residue at the end of the drink. The drink becomes milky-white but is odourless and pretty much tasteless as far as I am concerned, although admittedly I did have these in the morning after over-indulging as I said earlier and it's possible my dog-breath counteracted whatever taste there was to the product(s).Now, as to whether or not I felt anything or it had a desired effect, I would say yes, I felt a certain "pick-me-up" effect from imbibing the drink. Although as I have already said I was rough in the mornings anyway so it is hard to be 100% certain whether it was the drink itself or just naturally feeling better as the hours wore on. I'm pretty happy with it and I think you likely will be too, just so long as you understand it is not a miracle tonic (nor does it claim to be I guess!) and also have some scissors handy to cut the sachets open with. I ordered this product to help my body stay hydrated, however I was pretty sceptical about it. I was pleased to see that it contains minerals, which are essential for our body’s health - magnesium, potassium and chromium. The product is really good and I can actually feel the difference when drinking water with those sachets in - it doesn’t change the taste of water, but it makes me feel better and have more energy when I drink it.I am happy with this product and can recommend it.

I found that this hydration drink powder mixes easily with water and has little to no taste. When first mixed, it's cloudy but after sitting for a couple of minutes, it was mostly clear. I mixed with 3/4 of a pint of water and drank it fairly quickly. It went down easily with no ill effects. As for rehydration, I'm assuming it did what it's supposed to do.

This is an effective hydration product which I have found really makes a difference than just drinking plain water. I watch a fitness YouTuber who swears by this type of supplement and so was interested to see the benefits. I definitely feel more hydrated, alert and well balanced when drinking this as opposed to just drinking water and I feel that it helps me in the gym aswell.For £24 you get a box of 15 sachets which are really handy to take with you on the go rather than having a tub of product. They mix easily with water without clumping.The taste for me I found pretty unbearable and all I could taste was the salt. There is no artifical flavourings and there is indication you should taste some natural coconut but unfortunately I couldn't taste this. That being said this was easily remedied by the addition of some sugar free cordial which makes all the difference.So overall I think the product is effective although at the moment falls short in terms of flavour and price as £24 for 15 sachets is slightly too expensive. One a day for a month would cost you £48!
