It's the perfect book for pasta lovers.Full of interesting recipes, and lots of quick mid week meals.I dip in and out of this book.Presented well, and beautifully written.

Love that each section has an introduction explaining the different pastas etc.

I'm cooking my way through this book - it's wonderful - great pictures, great recipes, clear directions, weights (grams and ounces)as well as meaures given for each ingredient- so many ideas to try! We bought this a few weeks ago when we bought a set of pasta rollers and cutters for our kitchenaid - now I can't keep enough pasta on hand. We had to buy ravioli stamps, a pasta "bike", drying rack, etc., etc. - blame it on this beautiful book.

This is absoultely one cookbook that everyone should own. We own the entire series and there is no other cookbook like it. There are beautiful pictures for every recipe and the recipes are very unique, interesting, and delicious. Several recipes will suggest ingredients that may be difficult or expensive to find but the recipes can also be simplified. My husband loves to cook and looooves this entire series of cookbooks. This cookbook will help any chef tap into their creativity and explore their passion for cooking and take it to a new level.

I cook a lot and I have tried a number of recipes out of this book. The book is fairly basic and you do not need to be a graduate of a cooking school to use it.The directions are well written and I've found them straightforward and easy to prepare. Of course not every recipe is inclined towards my tastes, but that's true of every cookbook I own. If you like cooking a variety of pasta dishes, this book is worth a try.
