I started using these energy capsules with caffeine, and I have to say, they really do work! I’ve noticed a significant boost in my energy levels, which is fantastic, especially when I need to get things done. Plus, it's been surprisingly helpful with my ADHD—I feel more focused and less distracted. Another perk is that they help suppress my appetite, which is great for those moments when I’m trying to resist snacking. Just a heads up, though: stick to the recommended dosage! If you take more than suggested, you might start to feel a little jittery. Trust me, I learned that the hard way! One tiny complaint I have is that I wish they sold these in larger quantities. With how quickly I’ve been going through them, it would be nice not to have to reorder so often. Overall, I’m really pleased with these capsules and definitely recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for a pick-me-up!

Doesn’t work favorably for me. I took one with a meal, and it’s made me more tired than anything. I NEVER nap during the day and since I took it, the only thing I want to do is sleep. Don’t know if it suppresses appetite because the directions say to take with food, so since I did that, obviously im not going to be hungry. No jitters, but I feel lightheaded tired like I didn’t get enough sleep last night. I don’t like, feel bad or anything, just tired. Maybe my body make up isn’t favorable for these, but because of the sleepiness, I have to rate 1 star
