Substantial microwave heating pad
This is a very nice item with a nice fragrance. It is wonderful for relaxing while applying heat to the wrist and hand. It was nice straps to stay in place. It is a bulky item, so I use it while I am sitting down, so that I can keep my arm still to apply the heat where needed. The reason I deducted a star is that I feel that if you move around with this item on, the heating beads will shift and not deliver the heat evenly, so it is much better to put the item on and be still.

Warming Pad for Hands/Wrists
I like this warming/heating pad as I had been looking for something that I could use to help me with the symptoms of my carpal tunnel syndrome. It can be easily used for either hand,Because the inner, grain-filled section is heated in the microwave, one can adjust the heat to their own tolerance level. I, personally, usually heat it for about 1-1/2 minutes, in 30-second heating bursts. Because this filled with grains, it adjusts easily and molds to your hand and wrist. However, because the sections are long rows, the grains tend to concentrate in certain areas and are not evenly spaced. I believe this could be remedied somewhat, while still maintaining its functionality/moldability, by sewing the grains into squares, rather than rows. The inner, warming, layer fits easily into the outer, soft later, via the zippered edge. The Velcro closures are a bit difficult to use with one hand so I recommend fastening the thumb area, and pre-threading the 2 wrist/arm Velcro, then using your other hand to tighten once on.Overall, this is a nice, functional warmer that feels good on, despite the couple of things that could improve it. As such, I would recommend it, for a price of $20 or less.

Very comfortable
I really enjoy this microwavable heating wrap for the wrist. It’s big enough to cover my very large hands and smell fantastic. The instructions are easy to follow. I just popped it in the microwave. It’s very soothing after hours of crocheting I would recommend this product to anyone who spent a lot of time working with their hands.

Strong odor when microwaved
First: this product does work, the heat on a painful joint does make it feel better. This has Velcro straps so you can attach it just about anywhere. These are the basics, and it works well for this. The instructions say to remove the inner pouch from the zipper compartment and microwave that for 2 minutes. This works but is gives off a pretty strong odor that I do not enjoy. I think this must just be what the buckwheat & flax seed mixture sells like when heated up. I do not care for this at all. This can also be frozen to apply cold instead of heat, and because of the smell i will have to use this product in this way just so I can avoid this in the future.

Soothing and aromatherapy
Microwavable Heating Pad for Knee and Shoulder, Microwave Heated Knee Wrap with Moist Heat, Weighted Shoulder Warmer, Lavender Scented is nice because you can customize it around your knee or shoulder. I have another heating pad that I use on my back, but this is better for joints. I also like the aromatherapy, as it is relaxing. You have to be careful when heating, as it can overheat!

Heating pad
The media could not be loaded. I thought this was a good idea because I'm recovering from a broken wrist and I could use this while working. Heated it in less then a minute and it was burnt.

Nice scent
Haven’t had the chance to try it. The scent is very powerful. Can fit many sizes. A little bulky. Maybe not an all the time wear. Maybe an end of the day wear.
