I am writing to report serious issues with the MOOTACO Commercial Kitchen Pre-Rinse Spray Tap (Single Pedestal) that I recently purchased Upon installation and use, I've encountered the following problems: The product is leaking water from multiple areas The nuts and fastening components are faulty and not securing properly These defects make the product completely unusable for its intended purpose and represent a significant deviation from the advertised quality. I've attempted to address these issues but the problems persist. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for this product. Please advise on the return process and refund timeline.
