Fibre feast!
I rarely review things but I'm making an exception for these terrific Bol soups/meals.As a meat-head guy, I've always struggled to get enough fibre in my diet but these Bol products contain typically 25g+ per pot with some as high as 36g of fibre! That's an amazing boost for my diet with all sorts of positive knock-on effects re blood sugar/diabetes, blood pressure, gut health and, yes, even mental health (fibre digestion creates Butyric Acid).I'm surprised Bol promote the protein content over the fibre content - I expect that's to attract the veggies amongst us but for meat-heads like me the fibre is way more important. This is great stuff - I haven't found one I didn't like yet and they're really very good value for a proper "diet fix" at c£3 each.Well done Bol!

It was ok and only ok. Halal was key
Nothing special in taste. My husband eats halal and he said it was ok but don’t buy it again. Says it all really. Nothing especially tasty

Expensive Soup
They've got some front trying to claim this is a stew. It's actually a very thin soup, with no special flavour and quite sparse ingredients. It's the sort of thing you can get in a can at any supermarket for about 60p, without losing any quality.
