Q: How comfortable are these for wearing all day during the work on my desk?

comfortable. Not big and bulky. In fact I fall asleep with them on!!

Q: So can I use these with both my Kindle Fire and my laptop computer?

yes however they stopped working after two months of usage at the gym. No wire damage or dropping them.

Q: justy fyi, when I received these headphones they were a darker shade of blue versus what the picture shows. Did anyone else have this issue?

Yes their standard hue appears to be dark blue ....maybe it adds color to the sound??
