I bought this for my wife to capture a picture of us both when we first met in our teens and that moment 42 years ago has been captured for all times. Great quality item, brilliant.

The media could not be loaded. When i was shopping around this was one of the cheaper companies. I had low expectations but thought it was worth a go with amazon's guarantees. It's came out perfect imo. A really nice memento of our cat Skruff that we lost to cancer this year.I would highly recommend getting an uplighter for these it really makes the image pop

The quality of the image is excellent but the scale or placement makes it look lost with lots of space for it to fill . This is a present for my Mum, the images are of my late grandparents, her parents. And I was not happy with the outcome of the overall production. They sorted it out and they are extremely easy to work with

Purchased the laser engraved crystal for a Christmas present, and whilst the crystal image itself was fine, the gift box arrived very badly damaged, and of very poor quality. Will need to source another gift box.

This came out great, it was a gift for my friends who sadly had to say goodbye to their dog & they are so pleased with it. Thank you!
