Q: If I line a curtain with this, could it be ironed?

I make bowl & coffee cozys with this and do iron them. I think it would be to thick & stiff for curtains, but you can iron :)

Q: I am having problems quilting with this product. What size needle do you use?

I use a jeans needle with a walking foot.

Q: Could this be used to line the back and front of a light jacket to make it warmer? I'd put it between two layers of fashion fabric (cotten).

Not sure, I imagine it would hold body heat just fine.

Q: Would this work as a water resistant lining to fleece dog crate pads?

This isn't water resistant---more like a fusible batting. Nice for small quilted projects.
