An amazing headset for work - comparable to Plantronics
After transitioning from a wireless Plantronics headset back to a wired model, I found myself desperately missing the freedom of wireless connectivity. While Plantronics offers excellent quality, their premium pricing led me to explore other options, and I couldn't be more thrilled with discovering this hidden gem. From the moment I put this headset on, I was impressed by its exceptional comfort level - perfect for those long work days or marathon calling sessions. The audio quality is absolutely crystal clear, rivaling headsets twice its price, and I've received numerous compliments from colleagues about the pristine clarity of my voice during calls. What truly sets this headset apart is its innovative charging system. The base station doubles as a portable battery pack, eliminating the need for constant wall charging - a limitation I faced with my previous Plantronics model. The thoughtful design includes four LED indicators displaying the base station's battery status, complemented by a digital display showing the headset's precise battery percentage. The battery life is remarkable; during my testing, an hour of continuous conversation only depleted 2% of the charge, suggesting you could easily get through multiple workdays on a single charge. The smart design choices extend to other aspects as well. The base station's display makes it effortless to monitor battery levels at a glance, and the overall build quality feels surprisingly premium for its price point. The range is excellent, allowing me to move freely around my workspace without any degradation in call quality. For anyone seeking a wireless headset that offers comfort, clarity, and exceptional battery life without breaking the bank, this model is an absolute no-brainer. It's proof that you don't need to spend a fortune to get professional-grade audio equipment. And the best part of it all? The ear piece covers my entire ear.

Best Computer friendly headset
I was really impressed with this headset. It works with my work computer and system. The Bluetooth connects instantly every time I start up my computer. I love the one ear style. The pad is comfortable and does not make my ear hurt. I work on it 8 hours daily and have had no problems at all. The sleek design is light weight. My customers can hear me clearly and I can hear them clearly. The microphone is easy to adjust. The battery lasts all day with plenty of life left after 8 hours. I only plug in the charging station on Fridays after the entire week and it still has 60% left of the charge. The noise cancelling works amazingly. I tried 3 other microphones and this was the only one that fit all the boxes for my needs.

Incredible Range & Comfy, too!
I already had one of this company's Bluetooth in-ear headsets and really liked it, so I gave this one a try because I love this type when I'm in my home. For years, I had a similar over-the-head Logitech headset that I plugged into my remote phones - and got addicted to them. Must have gone through 3 of them over the years. Eventually I got rid of my landline - and the phones - and I kind of missed the headsets.I was not disappointed in this purchase. For one thing, it has the BEST range of any Bluetooth set I have ever owned, bar none. I left the phone in my kitchen and (through two walls!) was able to go not only across my street but also up the block for another 100' or more before the signal started to go. I was amazed. The other things I liked:* It turns on automatically and then connects to your phone when you remove it from the base.* The base has it's own battery - you can get two compete charges from it even when it's not plugged in to a power adapter.* It's very comfortable to wear. It does not completely cover your ear, but the foam cushion is so soft that it really seals up as if it does.* The charge indicator is great. It shows the actual percentage of charge, like "86%", not just blinking led's.(I admit that I don't know how long a full charge would take because I have yet to let it get below 70%. It will charge from 70% to 100% in under 40 minutes.)Sound Quality:It sounds absolutely great with phone calls. The noise cancelling works good, as I tried it outside on a windy day and my wife said I sounded just fine. Also seems to work well with cancelling out other background sounds like a TV set. As far as music goes, it sounds good but not as good as a pair of good high-quality earbuds (but certainly better than a standard, mono, in-ear Bluetooth). Still, if you are looking for a good, comfy, over-the-head set for your phone calls, I definitely recommend it.I cannot yet attest to it's long-term reliability, but the customer service appears to be good - they seem to have a really great attitude about replacing defectives of any kind, even when it's beyond Amazon's normal return window.Would buy it again.

Pretty good, but some issues.
Bought this to use as my primary work meeting headset (I had been using smaller earpieces but I'm terrible about losing them).First, great sound and is smaller than I thought. I like having a mute button and multipoint access is a bonus. However, I have a bit of a gripe. When putting in the cradle after use, I noticed it would reconnect spontaneously more often than not Fine, I thought, I'll just power it off before I cradle it. Well, it will still spontaneously reconnect. The only way I've seen around this is to power it off and leave it out of the cradle while I do. Good thing it has fantastic battery life.
