These are great and easy to assemble. Nice extra security for sliding doors. Reasonably priced.

Works well once you figure it out
While the product works as designed and gives peace of mind, I’ve noticed there are black smudges being left from the rubber end piece. This is installed on a sliding glass door to the back of the house. The door frame is metal and finished white. These smudges can be cleaned off every so often, but that’s just another chore to do…
