I have to say, this product has helped me quite a bit. As a dialysis patient, dry mouth is a constant and other toothpastes would just make it worse for me. This has kept my mouth from bring dry and I love it. It doesn't foam up a ton like other pastes, no big deal. My mouth stays moist for the whole day and the mint taste isn't overwhelming at all.

Biotene is the only toothpaste I can use because I have sensitive (not painful) lining to my mouth. I have sluffing with any other toothpaste. It's also good for a dry mouth. Give it a try!

New to me I’m going use it when traveling

My daily medication makes my mouth perpetually dry and this toothpaste helps counter it well without irritation and still keeping my breath fresh and teeth clean.Affordable (big tube, cost is similar to stuff like sensodyne), gentle, and it just works. I like that it does have flouride to help cavity prevention as "special" toothpastes seem to increasingly be moving away from flouride formulas

This product is a lifesaver. My mouth was so uncomfortable. My teeth and gums were also suffering. Upon first use I felt relief.One comment, this product does not keep the teeth and gums clean after repeated use. It's necessary to use Colgate or Crest once or twice a month.

I have dry now from medication and this is the only toothpaste that keeps my mouth moist. I've been using it for many years and it's the only toothpaste I'll ever use.
