Worked fine for splitting the only usb connection on the optiplex i used it on

I needed this for RGB and this worked perfectly with my corsair QL120’s.

Literally just not a real connector. 450 reviews and 4 ish stars looked like it was real but it straight up just does not work at all because neither of the 2 ends of it are wired fully. How is this being sold on Amazon

This split my motherboard usb 2.0 into 2 connections that run 2 separate devices. Came in a nice little box and packaged very well.

This review is for MZHOU 9-PIN USB2.0 Extension Cable, 9PIN to Dual PIN Extension Port. It actually worked to split my corsair water pump (icue) with a usb wireless power on/off receiver. Both work perfectly without issue. My motherboard manual states that the header supports 2 more usb connections on the header so your board might have to also support more than one on a single header. I tried 6 other types of cables and methods to do this and this cable is the only one I had success with!

Everything plugged in fine, but the devices plugged in weren’t recognized by my PC. They both work when directly plugged into motherboard, but not with this cord. Should’ve done my research and bought a higher quality one instead of wasting my money

When building a very rgb colorful pc as I like to, 2 usb headers are not enough. I like to monitor my psu , many fans, rgb, all the hubs that communicate to the system that these need can be a connectivity nightmare without usb 2.0 splitters. I once had 2x 4port usb hub, that's 4to1 on 1 header. Twice. These aren't 4port but they are way cheaper. Using 2 of them on 1 board allows you to connect more usb hubs internally. Order yesterday came in today.
