The Boys LOVE it!
This is a great product to start our model railroading adventure. Easy to set up and ready to run in minutes. The quality of the track and all the components is exceptional. Your shipping was quick, it arrived early and the boys have had it set up since. The boys absolutely LOVE it! They take turns testing each other on who can park the freight train on the siding with enough clearance to allow the passenger train on the main. They have invited family and friends over and are already asking to expand the oval. Of course, Dad gets to play too.....

Kato Quality
This is the first item I have given 5 stars to. I just switched from hornby (ho scale) to kato (n scale) mostly for space reasons but also for the built in motor turnouts. It arrived early than expected and even though the instructions are in Japanese, it's really easy to put together. This is worth the money and if you are getting into the hobby for the first time, the M2 pack is worth saving up for, I'm really pleased with the way this turned out

Great product and fast delivery
I'm converting my n-scale railroad over to Kato equipment. Kato has excellent quality and this track is no exception. It's easy to assemble and much more reliable than my old track. The product arrived quickly and was very well packed.

Great to get started with Kato Unitrack.
The M2 Track is a great way to get started with Kato Unitrack. It provides everything you'll need to get setup and running. It is well packaged and has comes with the switches for the two turnouts. One thing I was a bit disappointed in was the length of wiring from the turnouts and the power feeder piece. They were all a bit short and this forced me to place the controller inside the loop...which meant running the thick power wire under the track on my table, making a bump in the track. It would have been better if the feeder piece was located on the same side of the track, such that all three wires come out the bottom (as seen in the photo). This is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars - but really it's more like 4.5The Kato track itself is very nice. It snaps together easily, stays together, and the trains run well on it. I'm using this track with imported Japanese n scale trains, so I'm not sure how well it might work with other n scale trains. Separation of the track can be a bit difficult - just requires a strong tug, but if you aren't careful, you'll whip the track around like Indiana Jones.

Excellent!
The oval was easy to piece together, the transformer, powerpack and switches all worked just fine. For anyone who wants to make an easy start in N scale model railroading I would advise this box.The only thing one needs to buy is an engine. A great way to start this hobby!

High quality... Better than buckmann
This is a good quality track with realistic gravel inlay. The sections go together easy. Easier than the same type buckmann. The switch controls and engine controls are precise. Also better than buckmann. The price is the only downfall but you will get quality.

Worth the price
I hesitated about choosing to invest in Kato track. I shouldn't have. Definite upgrade to my N scale layout. Switches work nicely, assembly was quick and easy.

1st time into train set ups
Saw the Kato M2 track set up at a train store and saw what it we be with other track setups. Saw a drawing using M2, V2, and V14. The set up was over 9 feet by 5 feet. Fell in love with the set up, then started to buy the tracks. M2 was the cheapest in Amazon. The other track set came from another internet company. Brought all three sets, and stARTED TO SET UP. tOOK 1 1/2 WEEK TO MAKE TABLE, track, and scenery. The only stuff left is the buildings, figures, and street lighting.
