This stuff works great. I have had a very hard time over the years clearing phlegm that accumulates in my chest after a night's sleep. Often coughed so hard recently to get it out, that I thought I might get another hernia. Years ago, hernia's actually came from coughing like this. Both hernias I had repaired. BTW, I am not a smoker. Now, after using these drops, the phlegm clears without effort, and my breathing is so much better. I too have been skeptical about so many herbal preparations, but this formula actually delivers.

I want to give this product a full 5 stars, because it works great! I habe asthma and without insurance, my daily preventative medication is unaffordable. I've been needing nebulizer treatments since I got a cold and it's triggered my asthma bad. I received this tincture yesterday and started right away. I didn't need a neb treatment last night and it's helping to expectorate. The problem? It's so disgustingly sweet it gives me the shivers every time I take it. It doesn't say it has added sugars, so I'm not sure if it's the glycerin or the flavor of the marshmallow root. Either way, I might have to try something else next time. But for now, it's working and if you need something to clear your lungs, and can deal with the beyond sweetness, this tincture is for you!

This product helped me deal with (and reduce) my cough from bronchitis. I was hoping to find an effective bronchial product to help with lung improvement, and this seems to work very well.
