Well worth it
This little rolling tool chest. Is perfect for the weekend worker. And I do mean little. Perfect for small garages/spaces. Easy assembly. Looks good. Drawers are very smooth. Overall worth the money. Not too heavy to roll around. Pretty well balanced. Also would be great as a first tool chest.

A well-made toolbox with only a tiny bit of refinement needed.
First, double-check the measurements of what you want, because this is kind of a smaller-sized tool chest, both in depth and width. But, if the size is suitable, I find it to be made very well. I have another similar sized tool chest that is about the same size, a tiny bit wider, but the metal on that one and drawers and way flimsier and thinner/weaker than this. The first one that I had came with a dented lip on top. Amazon was great and I got a replacement and returned that one, and the replacement is not bent. This is very robust. It does, however, have a little bit that could use improvement. The Good:- Thick steel.- Larger sized, strong casters.- I LOVE that the drawers open and close well, but then have the final 'push' to actually seat and kind of 'lock' the drawers in the closed position so they don't accidentally open up on their own. I have another semi-expensive tool chest where the drawers don't sort of 'pop' closed, and the floor isn't perfectly level, and it's so annoying that those drawers after I close them sometimes slowly open back up. This tool chest does not have that problem.- Good thick included foam to go between top and bottom cabinet (although there should be some holes for the thumb screws in the foam pre-made if you want to put them on foam, AND secure them by screws.- Strong magnet and securing of bottom cabinet doors.- Wheels easily, has wheel locks and a push/pull handle. Another reviewer said they didn't know how this attached, the push handle actually slides in little rectangle slots above the screw holes, and then you attach the thumb screws from the outside into the handle, which is now inside the tool chest instead of on the outside. You'll figure it out with a little bit of ingenuity.- Upper cabinet has handles inset on the sides.- Comes in a good toolbox color, black.- Comes from a good company that's been around from a long time (although still not the same quality as they made things 50 years ago - but as time goes on younger people that don't have that experience can't know what they missed.Needs Improvement:- The casters have basically no retention to keep them in place. There is kind of an expanded ring on the top of them that supposed to give them some retention, but its simply, completely, and absolutely ineffective. This is not an issue when you have tools in it and you just wheel it around and are not picking it up. But, I assembled this in the house, then wheeled it to the garage, and doing so went over a little curb and some raised doorjambs, and each time a gosh darn caster fell off when I had to lift it to go over a little bump. This, along with almost every other tool I have, has been called a mother:)lover(: by me already.- The top tool chest comes with a straight bar with a hole in it. I believed the bar to be what many tool boxes have, a bar that sits in the drawers essentially locking them unless the top is either opened or closed. I found you can slide the bar in a slit in the back of the upper cabinet tool drawers. Doing this locks the drawers from being opened, but there is no way to lock this bar in place, it does not attach to the upper lid to raise and lower and allow drawers to be opened, and there is no locking mechanism for the top lid or anything else. So, I have no idea how or where to use this 'locking' bar, since it's not mentioned anywhere. In the end, this is a better quality small tool cabinet. It is not a cheap flimsy cabinet that just looks like a tool cabinet, it is a quality made. Does not have a key-lock like many other tool cabinets.

Fantastic product with STELLAR customer service
Although this toolbox and I started off on the wrong foot, I was won over by the toolbox’s quality and the seller’s fantastic customer service. Definitely intend on being a repeat customer in the future!…Upon delivery, it was apparent that the shipping box had been pretty beaten up during transit. After unpacking the toolbox, there were some obvious dings and dents on some of the sheet metal panels, and there was even a pin missing from the hinge of the top toolbox. Trying to look past these flaws that I assumed happened during shipping, I inspected the rest of the toolbox…First of all, the quality of the toolbox is top tier, ESPECIALLY for this price point. It doesn’t feel like some cheap chinese imitation toolbox but instead like something that can handle some real abuse. Both the top and bottom toolboxes are very robust, spacious, and the quality of the drawer slides were exactly what I wanted. As others have mentioned, there is a satisfying/reassuring final press to all the drawers that confirms they are in fact closed. I highly recommend the toolbox based on the quality alone.Anyway… back on track.. the toolbox was certainly what i was looking for and I really wanted to keep it instead of returning it, so I reached out to the seller to request a replacement hinge. I also included some pictures to show them some of the damage it had received during shipment. Didn’t ask for a refund, replacement, anything of that nature. The seller responded the next day and after a couple of formalities were exchanged, the seller ended up sending a replacement unit for free AND requested I keep the first toolbox. Excellent customer service and high quality products are rare to find these days. I will definitely be buying from Olympia again and highly recommend them!

No
It sucks. Full of dents without the packaging being damaged, really difficult to assemble mainly because the instructions made no sense, and isn't even very good quality. Honestly way too expensive for what it is and i would not recommend. I'm only keeping because it is a pain to return.

What it's not is what makes a difference
Firstly, let me say that Olympia tries hard to make a quality product and deliver it in good condition -- Although the replacement (the 2nd) tool chest arrived with a dent as well as without the same missing parts as the 1st I received, the tool box set looked well packaged and the storage boxes are sturdy and well made -- It's a simple industry-standard design executed well - But what they suffer form is a total lack of consistent QC: When an item retailing for for $190 comes without parts crucial to its operation its a shame that anyone has to go through what I went through to get a resolution, and this was even with Amazon's much appreciated help stepping in to make things right -- All I'd recommend about this line of tool chests is don't expect $450 quality form a $190 chest; be wary of what appears as a bargain.

Not too bad actually
One of the wheel holders was broken on delivery. Made it work. It’s cheap, it’s narrow. Fits what I need it too. Not a bad purchase or price. It’s not a craftsman but for the price, it’s a good light tool box.
