Overall the quality are okay. The problem is the wig cap itself. Now I have a small head and usually my problems are the caps are extremely too big. This cap is SMALL like doll head small. It rests on my head like a toupee. There was no amount of tugging or stretching that changed this. It is VERY DENSE; which is probably contributing to the bunching of the cap. If I had the time I would play with it; that is removing some of the bulk to see if that would give the cap more stretch. There are entirely too many twists on this small cap to give it a polished look . It looks like a shaggy mop. I will try to return it.

This is a great wig! I have a friend who wears wigs all the time because she likes the versatility of having different styles without damaging her own hair. She told me that a wig "chooses" you and I agree. As soon as I started searching for a wig, this caught my eye immediately. And the price was great as well (it's a few dollars cheaper on the website but not by much). It looks good and my friend said the quality was great which I agree. It's not heavy at all. I like the fact that it looked like it was made for me and actually my own hair (which i have worn in this style before but want to give my own hair a break this time). I can't wait to wear it tomorrow and show off. Shipping was fast as well. I am a satisfied customer.

Cute wig, but one side was bone straight and the other side was curly. Just didnt look right. Had to send it back

Wig is too bulky the twist are ok but too much hair.I am very disappointed with the wig this is my second wig from wow wig the first one I really loved it was the million twist wig but this one not what I expected 🙁

Nice hair. I gave four star because of the smell. This is the second hair I am buying from WOW. I really like the first one which is million micro braids. It did have any terrible smell to it.

I love the braid work....however the wig cap is poor quality. I only go to try on the wig when I notice in the front the mesh cap started to rip...sent wig back via FedEx out of my own pocket and still haven't received my money back.

The wig is too bulky and it smells. I wish I could send it back and get a refund!

I returned it because it looks nothing like the photo.
