I've been using this chair for several months now, it's comfortable and sturdy. I really appreciate that it folds down for storage. I do think I would like to get an additional cushion for it since I can feel the interior frame, but that's more of my personal preference.

Love the chair: comfortable, beautiful, light, foldable, easy to carry around with beautiful linen fabric which can be washed with even extra pocket - nice feature to keep extra things in place. Great use for meditation and retreats.Recommend!

I have mild scoliosis, a 5 year old who wants to play with me on the floor a lot, and a lot of lower back pain recently from scoliosis, weak core, and bad posture. This chair has helped a lot when I sit on the floor with my kid. I recently brought the chair in to my scoliosis physical therapist to see if she thought it was appropriate to use, and she approves of it too, especially the different settings. I usually have it on the most upright setting. The only reason I'm doing 4 stars instead of 5 is it's not the sturdiest chair in terms of cushioning, and it's definitely more comfortable to sit on a real dining room chair or couch. But big improvement from sitting on the floor with bad posture!

I am 5'4" , 130 lb. & I bought this chair so that I could work/craft while sitting on the floor with better posture. But honestly, it's built so well, I could see this being used in other seating arrangements as well, such as bleachers, picnic tables etc. There are several adjustments to the back including completely flat. It folds almost completely flat and fits into very small spaces for storage, and the Black canvas-like material is durable but soft to the touch.

I found the chair difficult to fold down for storage. It didn't want to stay in the upright position so I had to frequently open it flat to readjust. I am 5'2" and felt that it didn't provide enough back support to sit on it comfortably for more than an hour or so. One of my friends has a chair that looks very sturdy and has more cushioning, so I feel that I will return this minimalist chair and get one that isn't quite so high maintenance.

This meditation chair as been a game changer for my back and work! Using it every day, the build quality was on par. I’d much prefer a thicker and more stiff cushion. But the cushion itself hasn’t lost quality or its structure.To be able to fold and carry around is also a plus. The chair is a bit on the larger side. Nothing mechanical has broken.
