i have used it and after a week i am more energy and i am sleeping better.i am 58 years old.

This is the second time I’ve purchased these tablets, I struggle to sleep due to anxiety and I find them really affective at taking the edge off and allowing my to drift off. I find within half an hour I’m struggling to keep my eyes open ready to go to bed, where as before I’d spend hours tossing and turning.The tablets are quite big, this isn’t an issue for me but do bare that in mind if you have difficulty taking tablets.They are good value for money and I will continue purchasing in the future

I found these to be effective. I do combine with a magnesium spray at bedtime though. But these alone do seem to have stopped my tired legs. I do however find them difficult to swallow. For one they are quite large but even broken in half the texture seems to stick and they take a while to swallow them. I take a few different tablets and this is the only tablet I have had an issue swallowing. My husband has the same issue with this so I know it’s not just me. Possibly the won’t buy again because of this if I can find an alternative with similar reviews.

Third purchase, miracle in a bottle.Haven't slept properly for years and the first night taking it went off quickly and slept all night and didn't feel groggy the next day.

Not used yet but bought as have used in past helps me have a good nights sleep
