52' Smart Wood Low Profile Ceiling Fan with Lights Remote, Quiet DC Motor, Outdoor Indoor Flush Mount, Voice Control via WIFI Alexa App, Modern Dimmable Lighting for Bedroom Patio

I got this fan to replace an older down shaft style fan that was just too noisy and old fashioned. Installation - a breeze, included manual was simple, but they over provided in terms of installation materials - mind you i was replacing an existing fan, so their kit easily installed with no need to add additional support. Light enough that I could install it alone, but definitely could have used help. Use - Smart app works great, the included remote is also very handy. Easily connected to Google Home and allows me to turn it on/off on schedules. Customer Support - I accidentally broke the acrylic light cover on install, and their customer service team responded quickly and sent me a new acrylic cover - really easy to work with. Overall - $ for $ this is a solid buy, if you need a powerful, quiet fan that looks and works great, this is a solid choice.

The fan performance is great. What differentiates this from other options for me is the quality of craftsmanship, cosmetic appeal, 4124 CFM output which is as high or higher than the competition, it is extremely quiet, low profile 7.8 inches from ceiling, and the ability to turn it on and off with a hard wired switch if desired. The fan failed after using it for one day so I emailed the company and they responded within 2 hours and sent a replacement receiver after helping me troubleshoot the issue. Their customer service was so outstanding that I still give this product a 5 star review in spite of the extra trouble. After resolving the issue the fan works perfectly. On the remote control the user has the ability to choose between 3000K, 4000K or 5000K light color. I would prefer if this choice could be set at the installation with a small switch inside the light. Most users do not know enough about this to consistently make this selection and it is not something that needs to be changed on a daily basis.

Very nice fan-clean lines and quiet and smooth operation. Install very easy too as was pairing with Alexa. Nice touch that I can both dim light and change its temperature depending on mood or need. Upon inspection, one blade had a cosmetic imperfection and customer service was very responsive and sent me three new replacement blades. Fan was already installed but it was super easy to swap out the blade while fan was mounted and now it’s perfect. Very nice product and I would buy again.

I bought this fan along with many other things in my house, and I lost the instructions to set up the app. I couldn't find instructions online, so I reached out to customer service, and they promptly sent me great instructions that worked perfectly. The app is called Tuya, and it was very easy to set up and connect to Alexa. I still use the remote sometimes, which is excellent. The fan is pretty and has 6 velocities. I can feel the difference between them. The lighting is great, and I love being able to set up different tones or adjust the brightness up or down. I am happy with the decision to buy this fan.

It's an easy install and nice looking, low profile fan. Remote works well. All kinds of options. The fan moves the air REALLY well and we are glad we got it. 4 stars because the fan beeps softly when settings are changed and only way to stop this is to remove speaker inside connection box. I find this out too late and didn't feel like taking the fan down to do this. Customer service very responsive!

The fan was super simple to install. It was a great replacement for my last porch ceiling fan and it is the perfect size. It only required my wife to hold the fan motor for about two minutes while I connected the controller unit. I then mounted the motor and controller to the ceiling bracket, attached the wooden blades and installed the smart app on my phone and it was done in about 30 minutes Setting it up to work with my other smart devices was quick and easy. I was impressed with the fan operation, It is powerful, silent at every speed, except the fastest, which turns my porch into a wind tunnel :). Unfortunately, after about 6 months it stopped working with my smart hub and then two weeks later it stopped working with the remote. The seller provided excellent tech support and within a few e-mails they sent a new controller unit and remote at no cost to me. I replaced the controller unit in about 15 minutes, and the fan is working perfectly again. I am not sure why the controller failed so quickly but I do live in the Outer Banks, and the salt air here can destroy most outdoor electronics. My last fan (a very expensive one put in by my home builder) died after two years. I hope to get more out of this one. But for now (almost 10 months of ownership) I like this fan a lot. If and when it fails again, I will more than likely purchase another just like this one.

I love its modern design which is compatible to my home interior and its natural color adds warm vibe to our home. The installation was pretty simple, and it provides several speed options and light colors. More importantly, I was very impressed with their customer service when I emailed them for replacing the receiver. When my fans stopped working with the remote, they replied to my email promptly and sent me a new receiver, so I could fix them right away.

*Update. Manufactured shipped out a motor at no charge. Reinstalled and back in business. Quiet operation. Very pleased. Installed 2 1/2 months ago. Very easy to install. Moves a lot of air. I like the Wi-Fi capability. I’ve got it connected to Alexa and use that all the time. Unfortunately, after about six weeks, the fan motor started to make noise. The noise is continuous and gradually getting worse usually this means the fan will eventually fail.
