Cities: Skylines II Day One Edition (PC)

I wanted to play this after playing Sim city years ago, I thought this was the spiritual successor. How wrong was I. I loaded in, no matter what you do the basic utilities wont match up, they always show unconnected.I have watched several youtube tutorials and its not improved this.Then when you load it up, there is a DLC here a DLC there and its just money money money. I would not mind but the game was not cheap to start with. Its now confined to a draw collecting dust

If your rig is something similar then I can confirm that a 100k population city runs acceptably smoothly. I didn't build the city myself, it's a savegame I downloaded to be sure that my machine would be up to the task and it is. Search the web for Ruston-100k if you want to follow suit.

My son was really looking forward to playing this. Bought it, loaded it and was confronted by yellow screen when he found that it wouldn't run on his laptop with internal graphics card. Be careful when buying.
