I have found these insoles easy to fit in various types of footwear, as the sizing accommodates a wide range of shoe styles. I typically walk over 10,000 steps each day, and I find them comfortable; at times, I have to check which pair of shoes I used them in. I have just purchased an additional set to remove the need for transferring them between shoes.

The lifts hold their shape and height and being leather finished are not hot or sweaty. My only ‘issue’ is they were incredibly narrow. I bought small and they were, but not too small for my ankles and feet to balance on, and they certainly didn’t show.I wear mainly backless shoes, mules, clogs and sandals and these have still been very useful. The glue spots would be adequate for an insole but I don’t have any sides to keep the lifts in place. Blue tack has worked perfectly!

I now stand straighter than before

the product does the job, but I only need it for one foot, ideally i would prefer to have a pair of one sided wedges

I bought these to support my ridiculously high arches, rather than to increase my height, and they have been great so far. This is my second order, because my niece pinched the first ones, so recommended by her as well! They have their limits, e.g. they take away from the height of the back of the shoe, so you may feel the heels flapping a bit as you walk, and they are no use with backless shoes – they are visible when you wear them and they can fall out. However, I did buy the 25mm/1 inch size, so the thinner ones may be better. They are very good with flat-heeled boots or house slippers, which is why I wanted them, so I really like them.

Literally like walking on top of stone, insole is rock hard and unbearable to walk on for more than 10 minutes.

I ordered these heel lifts for my new stable yard boots as my legs are short and they were skinning my heels quite badly. The heel lifts arrived the next day and I popped them into my boots - no more skinned heels! They are very well made and are super comfy, you can't even feel them under your foot and they stay in place without being stuck down. If you have short legs and want to wear long boots then these are the perfect solution!

I was delighted that they fit into new boots and helped my shorter leg after a broken femur. They feel firm enough to. Give support I purchased two different sizes which I also place in my ankle slipper's. Which also helps my posture and relives a little low my back aches Recommended
