Q: Can these be used to elevate/hold heavy rocks in an Aquascape as a base level in the aquarium, without the feet?

If you mean, can you place these under live rock to prevent damage to the tank then yes! I use it for that purpose but I wouldn't use these as say...a shelf to hold rock. It would bend very easily or snap

Q: What kind of plastic material is it made of? Does it affect water quality

I think it's ABS. Should be inerrt.

Q: How tall are the pegs?

Each stackable riser is one inch tall.

Q: What is the length/height of each peg? With one peg and the egg crate what is the height? I need to raise my skimmer 1”.

The one I got; Pegs does Not fit. Garbage.
