If you find a lot of the usual Christmas chocolates and sweets a little too sugary, these are for you - foam-light, orange marshmallows with a bittersweet, wafer-thin coating of chocolate on top.
Though they're juicy, the flavour is not too sharp or overpoweringly sweet, and they certainly leave a warm, winter feeling on the tongue.
I am still baffled as to how Lin (The producer) is able to get so much flavour packed into these amazing creations!
These are excellent alone, but they would also do very well in a fondue or cut up tiny and popped in hot chocolate. The choice is yours, and they go a long way!
