Nice doggy with some bad manners.
It was bought as a silly present filler for my 8 year old's birthday. There are three different looking Muttz, this isn't the cutest in my opinion but he was the cheapest so worthy of a try. He was just as I expected, good quality, the sensor works so he makes his noises when someone walks close by or when you stoke him. Needless to say my 8 year old found Dexter's bad manners hillarious as did my 4 year old. It even made Dad giggle and that takes some doing. Of course for the giggles he was worth the pennies. Dexter has proved very durable, he has been to the park and played on the slides and the swings, mostly I must add so as not to completely embarrass my 8 year old that this was all at the bequest of 4 year old kid sister. However, Dexter has survived and is still looking good and sounding good too after 6 weeks. As with all of these types of toys they are repetative and they do naturally annoy parents after a short while, the novelty wears off much more quickly that that of the kids. However, it is a novelty toy and this type of schoolboy humour rarely fails where boys (and men) are concerned and Dexter certainly seems to have a particular charm that boys and young children appreciate. There is an off button too!!!
