Simple, but exactly what I needed!
This little slider is such a simple solution, but it works PERFECTLY for me. I was always forgetting to take my medication, and it started affecting my mental health, but I was struggling to find a solution. Pill cases were too clunky, as I only have one pill I need to take, plus the reminder to actually fill the thing up. Alarms on my phone didn’t work, because if I was busy when it went off, I’d say “I’ll take it in a couple minutes”, and then immediately forget. My medication is also one I don’t have to take at the same exact time each day. Apps didn’t work for the same reason, because even if I did take the pill, I’d forget to mark it in the app, so then I’d think “wait….did I actually take one?” which leads to missed or double doses. Marking on a white board also didn’t work because it was an extra step I’d still get distracted. (Notice a theme of easily distracted…) That’s where take-n-slide fixed the issue. It is a physical thing I have to actually move that it is attached right to my pill bottle, so as I’m twisting off the cap, I can move the toggle in basically one movement. The toggles also don’t move easily, so I’m not worried about accidentally bumping them. They have a clear and satisfying click when moved, and the color code makes it so easy for me to glance and see if I have taken my medication that day. I bought a second for my sister, so now we send each other pictures of our fully green week to share that we’ve taken our meds each day! It’s a fun motivation. They say they are reusable, I haven’t actually tested that; I just use the same pill bottle and refill it with my refills. I’ve been using the same one for close to a year and it hasn’t budged, nor have the toggles become loose or weak! It comes with 5 take-n-slides, I gave some to my husband for his medication (though one he just uses as a fidget toy, and the toggles have STILL held up to that constant use) Such a genius solution, very high quality plastic and adhesive. It’s almost a shame I only take one medication, I want to buy more just to support this business! Highly recommend for anyone that gets easily distracted and forgetful, or just needs more physical reminders vs digital.

Single and multi dose, this works!
Update 10/29/23: I've just ordered my third set of these since my original review. They're really just the best tool I have to organize any medications or supplements I need to take, short term or long term, especially if you use washi or sticker dots to demarcate things you want to take on a not-daily basis. I don't really need the third set yet, but I'm using nearly all of the two sets I've bought already, and I would rather have some extras on hand Just In Case I need them. April 19, 2023: I've tried different types of pill organizers, finding some shapes better than others but they all had one problem: you have to refill them. It is beyond tedious to sit down and sort your pills for the week or month, and as I have ADHD and corresponding executive dysfunction issues, if I miss that refill date I often send my pill regimen into a spiral of missed doses and resulting chaos. This basically solved that problem. Pick up a monthly script, slap this on the side and I am more consistent with my meds than I have been in a long time. I just keep the bottles in view and I can see at a glance what I've taken or forgotten during my morning fuzz. Downside: this method might be less than ideal if you have more than 4 or 5 meds or supplements you need to take, as visually they start to drown each other out beyond that and you start running into the tedium of flicking multiple switches all at once, multiple times a day. If this won't bother you, then this solution is very scalable for all your med and supplement needs....you lucky people. I also used this to track an antibiotic I had to take 3x a day - I put three of them on the bottle, labeled them with some thin washi for morning, afternoon, night, and managed to complete my antibiotic course on time without missing any doses for the first time in my adulthood managing my health for myself. Now, one of the ones I received has a very loose Tuesday that doesn't click and can be easily nudged out of place while switching either Monday or Wednesday, or even just picking up the bottle and touching the switches casually. YMMV, but it came loose out of the package, so occasionally there might be defects (the more moving parts, the more potential areas of failure, so a single loose toggle in an *entire* pack is pretty good QC IMO). I didn't notice this until long after any returns were possible but it's only a minor hassle. So, make sure you do check each switch on each strip, when you buy these, just to make sure they arrive in proper working order! Note: the curvature is not changeable, so make sure you press firmly to let what bits do touch larger circumference bottles (like fish oil supplements etc) adhere as best they can. Or decant into old empty prescription canisters, those really fit the curvature the best. All in all these are fantastic little tools that can be reused for a good while and keep you on track even as your needs change. Even if the stickiness fades, I figure I can replace that easily with some other double sided tape. Honestly considering buying a second or third set just to make sure I always have some spares on hand in case I need a 3x antibiotics course ever again as all of the ones I bought are being used.

Works great
These work just as described. The switches don't switch too easily....but not too hard either. They won't be accidentally switched. It fits most standard prescription bottles. I noticed a number if reviews claiming they don't stick or they only can be reused a few times and they stop sticking. Two solutions for that ....use a rubber band ...or get some Pro U Glu sold here on Amazon. It's like a replacement for the worn out adhesive. It sticks well but you can remove and restick it, probably more times than the original adhesive.

keep track
I think these are a really good product. It helps me remember if I took my pills that day. The stickiness of the device is really good, I have switched it to a few bottles and it still sticks well.

I have to take a lot of medications daily and needed a way to track the liquid ones that I need to measure out and can’t put in a box for the week. The price is high but there is nothing like this on the market. The adhesive is long-lasting enough that I could take the tracker off an empty bottle and put it on a new one without adding any extra glue

Game changer for remembering to take my meds! I do wish I could unstick and restick to a new bottle though

great tracking and reminder. I've removed and placed on several containers without losing any grip. It is a tad long for standard pill bottles so you can't place it flush with the bottom or else it will prevent the safety cap from releasing

Was always forgetting my pills and all the normal style containers, where you put your pills in it Monday to Sunday are not child proof. This is child proof because it sticks on your actual pill bottle. And for someone like me that just needs to remember to take one pill a day this was perfect.
