This yeast is just as good as name brand yeast for a fraction of the cost. I love to bake and have baked a lot of breads lately. It doesn’t require blooming and works really well. In fact, it rises even in the refrigerator (good or bad?). It’s crazy how cheap and what quality each pack is. Buy these and happy baking!

I have become disappointed with store packets that have half the yeast that they used to. Now I have these. I will keep ordering these. The packets are full, with the correct amount of yeast. I don't use enough to get a lb pack, so I use the packs. But Wowsers! The RISE and that yummy yeasty taste and smell. It is all here. Plus far cheaper!

This is some great instant yeast! Not only is the price really cheap, it made my bread that I made from my bread machine delicious!! Will definitely buy again.

I just made a loaf of English Muffin Bread in my Bread Machine a couple of days ago using this yeast. It worked quite well, and I'm planning on making a couple of more loaves of it, because I really enjoy the crunch of English Muffin Bread.

Works great. For the bread machine I found it had to be 105°f water, to properly activate. Took 10 minutes or less. The bread was fluffy and fantastic
