Order them in winter, heat is not good for them But they are a great addition to my diet.
Other than needing to order enough to get through the summer without ordering more because they get hot during shipping and glue themselves together, these have the ingredients that I wanted to help keep my blood cholesterol down without using statins. IMO statins are bad for you. Research them then see if these would be right for you.

Helpful vitamins
Product as described. Have been taken with other vitamins and medications for a week now. Does have weird coating on pill like a dust. Other than that they are capsules that aren’t too big and go down pretty easy.
