Great price and makes a lot! I use this instead of starter soil now. It’s PERFECT. Better than starter soil actually and more cost effective. I use hot water and a 5 gallon bucket to break it up and it works great. It holds the perfect amount of moisture for seedlings and cuttings.

This product is great to add to potting soil especially when using containers. The quality is great with no smell and promotes excellent drainage. It is ideal for accelerating plaint growth and also includes healthy nutrients producing happy plants.

I used 2 bricks to fill a 24x24x12" planter box and transplanted okra seedlings and added marigold seeds 7 days ago, the okra is growing well and the marigold is starting to grow. Oddly, my dog even seems to like it!

Next to impossible to cut a brick in half. Makes a decent amount of nice quality coir.

For those who don't want a huge block of peat moss laying around waiting to be used up, this product is a great way to get smaller amounts of a peat moss-like product. After I soak two bricks, there's a perfect amount to mix with packaged garden soil plus a bit of worm castings plus a bit of processed chicken manure to make a great blend when I put plants into the ground. The texture of this product is soft and "fluffy" and is really good for moisture retention.

I melted one single coir with water and it gave me a satisfactory amount, so yeah I’m very happy with my purchase thank you!!
