My Parents rate this highly..they are in their 80s .great value easy to press the extra large numbers no miss dial handy red light to let you know if you do not put the phone down properly

Its cheap, and it feels cheap when you touch it. But it makes calls ok, and is clear in use. The ringer is loud, and i couldn't see a way to adjust it even thought the instructions mention it, but this isn't an issue for me as its installed in a family members house who needs the extra volume. For under £10 not bad.

I bought this as a second landline phone for my mum. My mum is elderly and sadly has dementia. I bought her one of these phones to have on her bedside table. She can use it just fine because of the nice big buttons and it straightforward. Before I got these phones she had a cordless one but she would forget to turn off the phone meaning we couldn't get in touch with her. I recently got a second phone to have downstairs because she can't hear the other one ringing. The reason these phones are ideal is because they are simple, there's only one way the reciever sits on the cradle & the buttons are large. My mum uses them without any issues. I recommend this phone plus it's excellent value for money.

It’s rather lightweight plastic but the big success is it emits a loud noise if a geriatric accidentally doesn’t replace the receiver alerting its off the hook yay
