Wow can’t believe how much these have made a difference! I get awful stomach pains and feel sick after eating even slightly fatty foods, tried all the usual supplements and medication but found best remedy was a healthy low fat diet, which is great, but I do want the occasional treat without feeling sick afterwards. So I tried a sausage sandwich, (something which would usually ‘set me off’), and had one of these supplements afterwards, waited for the dreaded sickness to start but nothing! Been using after meals for about a week now, and it’s massively improved my symptoms. I’m only taking after meals I know might cause me problems, and it seems to be doing the trick. I’ll definitely be ordering more.

This has been working well for me since increasing my dietary fat to gain weight. I havent woken up with pain and a feeling of blockage in my right side. Digestion feels smoother.

Since taking these Lipase capsules My digestive system has been able to deal more easily with any type of fats I eat. Good purchase.

Each capsule contains 500 FIP of lipase, which is a little low, and the price is a little pricey for what it is. I normally take Enzymedica's Digest Gold which contains 4000 FIP lipase, or the fat specific Lypo Gold which contains 15,000 FIP of lipase. These supplements are obviously much more expensive. But taking that into account, this supplement is still a little underwhelming. But if you don't need huge amounts of lipase, it is ok.

These definitely make a difference. I am always sceptical of supplements etc as all too often you feel no difference but I have to say these do make a difference and have reduced bloating and gas considerably.
