Excellent for checking the initial must and finished wine acidity . For amateur wines, acidity should be 3.0 -4.5 ppt.Kit is easy to use . Distilled water to clean out syringe and tube - make this by boiling a pan of water gently over an up turned pan lid with a smal jar in the pan propped up on mini bricks.
