Bought this so we could use the echo in the bathroom.. (no plugs in or anywhere near this room I'm my house for some reason!). It's a brilliant addition. Lasts for ages, charges quickly and the little lights on the front show exactly how much power is left.

Bought this for echo pop in motorhome. Nice bit of kit and as some reviews say battery life hit and miss. Charges ok when we have electric and I thought when we are off grid we could charge it via usb. NO! Having a battery pack where this isn’t possible makes this a completely useless item for us. No point making this a “take anywhere product “

Stopped charging and started ticking. This was a great addition to the Dot, allowing you to pick up and use it in the garden or garage. As long as you were within Wi-Fi, the battery gave you mobility. However, after about 6 months, it stopped charging the battery when plugged in, and started making a ticking noise instead. If you put the power cable cable directly in the Dot, it works fine. Cannot recommend, as it is not durable.

Avendo due Echo Studio ed un Echo Sub e dopo aver distrutti un Echo flex ed un Echo Dot di terza generazione che fungevano da portatili, ho deciso di comprare l'Echo Pop per coprire anche questa necessità e di conseguenza la relativa batteria per poter staccare il dispositivo dalla Rete elettrica quando necessario. Intanto va chiarito un punto fondamentale che leggendo determinate recensioni su questi supporti per la portabilità dell'energia fa storcere il naso. Il consumo di una batteria è dato dal quantitativo immagazzinabile proporzionato alla quantità d'energia richiesta al momento dell'uso. E' dunque lampante che se una batteria programmata per un tot di ore in teoria, (in pratica i due terzi di quanto dichiarato dalla casa produttrice), con il dispositivo in standby dura molto, più si alza il volume dell'altoparlante, più il tempo di durata della carica diminuisce in progressione esponenziale. Quindi, prima di acquistare, tenere in conto questo risultato. Per il resto: a chi servono, le istruzioni sono anche ben dettagliate ed in italiano, ma davvero se ne può fare tranquillamente a meno. La costruzione dell'articolo è a dir poco ben eseguita e lo speaker, una volta installato sulla batteria, resta rigido, quasi come se i due pezzi fossero tutt'uno. La batteria ha alla base un tasto che se tenuto premuto serve alternativamente ad accendere o spegnere la corrente all'altoparlante per cui, se si scollega quest'ultimo dal connettore dell'alimentatore per spostare la piccola cassa, si può spegnere la batteria e risparmiare corrente fino all'uso programmato. Per quanto riguarda il costo? Il prezzo lo fa chi vende e chi compra ha il potere di concludere o meno l'affare. se si vuole ottenere qualcosa, bisogna pur dare un corrispettivo, ma è sempre chi compra a decidere se o non acquistare. Aggiornamento del 31 gennaio 2024. Dopo aver acquistato il prodotto anche per una coppia di Echo dot di quinta generazione, ho comprata una seconda batteria per creare una coppia stereo anche d'Echo pop, il cui secondo speaker però ancora manca perché verrà comprato quando il prezzo sarà decente. Allora anche questa seconda base farà la sua figura perché nel frattempo ho avuto modo di constatare che queste batterie vanno veramente bene.

Cette petite base est parfaite pour trimbaler son alexa de partout. Elle est très stable et a une très bonne autonomie. Attention à bien penser de l'éteindre après utilisation au risque de la retrouver complètement déchargée la prochaine fois. Petit + : Vous pouvez la recharger et l'utiliser en même temps.
