Replacing very old (decades old) latches of the same type - one caveat
I got these when the old latches on my kitchen cupboards broke. The original latches were installed in the 70s I believe. These new latches were supposedly an exact match (did lots of research) but there was one issue...The smaller part of the latch that swings outward with the single screw (call that part A) is offset from the main section (part B) to reach out slightly further than the original latches. What this meant was, when I installed these on cupboards that meet in the middle (a cupboard with two doors that swing outward, and close inward, meeting in the middle), the doors overlapped in the middle by about 1/4 inch. So they wouldn't close. They were fine to replace latches on single doors, as it didn't matter if those doors were 'pushed forward' slightly, as there was nothing prohibiting those doors from closing properly since they were a single door. But for the two-door cupboards I had to take that smaller "A" section of the new latch and remove it, and attach an "A" section from an OLD latch. So now I had old A sections attached to new B sections. That kept the cupboard doors in the same exact positions so that they could close in the middle. The actual closing mechanism that wore out in the old latches is in B section, so this didn't affect the way the new latches worked. They are still new latches, just the part that attaches to the door itself is the old latch. So I would recommend not throwing out your old latches until you make sure the new ones work out as expected.

Perfect Fit 👍🏼
Perfect fit for replacing a 30.310-11.02. Took me a bit to verify this was the new part number, but it is.

Exact replacement parts I needed for 20 year old cabinet doors.
I have over 30 cabinet doors in my house that use Blum Compact 33 hinges that are now 20 years old. A few of the hinges on the doors that I use the most daily have failed. The weak point on all of the hinges that have failed is the plastic part around the pivot pin. Over the years of use the plastic can fatigue and eventually crack. When that happens there doesn't appear to be any risk of the door detaching from the cabinet, but the door will no longer stayed in the closed position. I can't complain that these hinges have lasted around 20 years of use before some of them have started to fail, as long as these exact replacement parts are still available to swap in. It only took a couple of minutes per cabinet door to unscrew the old hinges and swap in the new hinges. I bought the hinges without screws and just reused the original screws. Only the hinge part on the door needs to be replaced. There is nothing to fail on the part attached to the cabinet, and that original part can remain in place, and should not need to be readjusted. The cost of these hinge parts was reasonable enough that I bought enough spares of these now so that I shouldn't have to worry about running out of replacements as needed in the future.

Great replacement door-side hinge.
The media could not be loaded. My 24 year old house has these hinges installed on all the cabinet doors. Some hinges were beginning to bind, make a "snap" sound when closing or, just not holding the door appropriately. These door-side hinges are a direct replacement for the hinge set. The cabinet side portion of the hinge is not included and as there are no moving parts on that section there most likely will not be any problems. These door-side hinges are easy to replace by removing the screws from the door of the old hinge, loosening the adjustment screw where it contacts the cabinet-side portion and sliding it out. I installed them in reverse order by inserting the arm of the door-side hinge into the cabinet-side hinge, then, installed the two screws to secure the hinge in place. *** The above videos and pictures show replacement of one hinge (before / after). I believe the bottom hinges take more abuse than the top hinges as I have only replaced bottom hinges on a few doors so far, correcting their defects. *** The first video shows how the door functioned before replacing the lower hinge. The second video would of shown the door function after replacing the lower hinge but it seems we can only add one video per review.
