There are delicious I wanted to eat them like candy but I didn't. They were fresh and a huge bottle. Very very nice product I was surprised that I just ate them and got my fiber in.

Effective and tasty but dangerous
Watch out! Product contains xylitol! Very poisonous to dogs. My dog got one so we had to make a panicked trip for something to make her vomit.

Not the Best choice
I gave this a try, but I know that it doesn’t work as well as the Metamucil powder so I don’t know that I could recommend it. However they taste great and they’re nice and chewy. I might consider buying them as candy so that’s kind of a problem if kids got a hold of it.
